Are you READY to get started in YTB and to start FAST? If you are, here is a YTB Fast Start Guide to help get you on your way. Simply copy and paste or print the guide outlined below and fill in the blanks. If you use it, it will help keep you on track for building your YTB business as quickly as possible.

Step 1 -- My PowerTeam Ldr ______________ Date: ____/___/_____

Work with your Sponsor or PowerTeam Leader to complete this team by personally enrolling 3 or more Reps. This should be your very first goal. If you are an RTA and you personally sponsor 3 RTAs you qualify for the 50 percent match!

You also want to help your three new RTAs to get their 3 or get 3 additional RTA's yourself so you have a total now of 6 active RTA’s enrolled (On-Line Travel Agencies paying $49.95 monthly fee) by you and /or your First Team Reps.

Your PowerTeam Leader will be contacting your first six to introduce himself / herself: The PowerTeam Leader will work closely with your Six so you can concentrate on building your new business.

The company reimburses your monthly website maintenance fee of $49.95



Step 2 -- Congratulations! Now that your 1st Team is complete you qualify to start your PowerTeam with additional personally sponsored Reps!

Your PowerTeam includes the 1st Team of every Rep in your PowerTeam through infinity. Plus you now have unlimited time to earn $1,000 dollar Leadership Bonuses. The first is earned when your total active PowerTeam enrolled RTA’s reaches 6 or more at the end of any weekly pay cycle. Additional bonuses are earned when the PowerTeam enrolled active RTA’s reach 6, 12, 18, 24, 30! Then the cycle starts over again.

You can go as wide as you want and as deep as you want. There are no restrictions.

After you have at least 30 RTA's in your PowerTeam, you are placed in Coach's Corner where you will be personally mentored by Coach Lloyd Tomer. The average salary of people who have reached the Coach's Corner is $5,000/month.

Your next goal will be to earn your first $10,000 bonus (you get this bonus when you have 100 active RTA's in your PowerTeam.

When you have at least 500 active RTAs in your organization with no more than 167 in any one leg, you will be eligible for to be a 1st Level Director. If you and your team continue to share the YTB business and to use the Fast Start Guide, you will inevitably move up the ladder to Director's Levels 2 - 7!
